"Villa Horizons" is a lovely Caribbean style villa with approximately 2,800 square feet of living space, including over 60 feet of terraces. The villa has unobstructed and spectacular views of both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. As the elevation of "Villa Horizons" is 1,200 feet above sea level, it is always cooled by trade winds and air-conditioning is not necessary.
You enter the 20' by 28' Great Room (with 17' high ceiling) which has the living and dining areas with a lovely stone and mahogany bar. The Great Room opens to a large and comfortable terrace.
On each side of the great room is a bedroom suite. The larger Master Bedroom with large ensuite bath is on the Atlantic side and has a king-size bed. On the Caribbean side there is the Guest Bedroom (air-conditioned), with bath, and has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have French doors leading to their own terraces with full views. Both bedrooms have total privacy from each other.
To the rear of the house is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a breakfast patio covered with trellises of tropical plants with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. All terraces have comfortable outdoor furniture.
Downstairs, at ground level, is a fully equipped studio apartment with full bath and kitchenette with sink, stove, refrigerator and dinette. A Swedish sofa bed converts to a Queen sized bed. The apartment is nice, bright and has a full view.
Villa Horizons is a cheerful, tastefully furnished villa with ceiling fans throughout, and is surrounded by lovely tropical gardens and some of the most beautiful views on Nevis.
There is maid service one morning a week, Cable TV, CD player, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and outdoor grill.
